Going for a wee wet walk

Today the children had no school so we went for a walk to the shops to get some sweets!  Joel found a worm, and asked, "mum, is this nature?"  I'm sure I have taught him about these things before.....!  Charis had fun riding her bike until one of the tyres deflated so much I had to carry the bike and she had to push the buggy.  Then on the way back we got caught in torrential rain and looked like drowned rats.  I felt particularly sorry for poor little George...
